Really good Stay
breakfast food helpful assistance amazing staff
The breakfast food was very good. Chef Ratheesh gave a warm welcome. Reception staff , including Rogyal, provided very helpful assistance. I appreciated the resort's good ambience and relaxing atmosphere. The kids club had amazing staff. Tara, Jude ,and Ojo from the kids club, cared for the children very well. They played with the kids a lot. I valued their dedication. The resort offered great amenities and amazing theme parks. The theme park passes were very convenient. I especially enjoyed the easy access. my family had a wonderful, nice experience.
I found the balconies weren't clean , and they were full of dust.

seamless process great variety easy access friendly staff
I was charmed by the seamless check-in process. the breakfast included a really great variety of options. i especially liked having easy access to the theme parks. the staff were also very friendly. I found them perfect.
i noticed the pool got a little crowded during peak hours, though not enough to spoil my stay.

Polynesian Paradise Found!!!
warm welcome really good staff attentive service
Merry at reception offered such a warm welcome, it was special. Judy at the Kids' Club was amazing, our children adored her and all the activities offered there. Fazal, the supervisor, was attentive. He parked our car and was always ready to help with the kids. The staff throughout the hotel were pretty good, exceeding all expectations.
The golf cart service for transport between the room buildings and the main building was sometimes slow. We waited longer than expected. This caused delays especially for our children.

The resort has a pool and a lazy river, a kids' play area with sand, and mascots provided entertainment. There is walking distance access to parks, a mall, and fast food outlets. Security personnel ensure a safe environment.

The cooking was excellent, and they even grow their own lettuce. The breakfast was very good with a very wide choice. Ari poolside restaurant provides a nice dining atmosphere.

Staff were great. They were very friendly and helpful. The staff at the Kids Club are really good. They remembered our drink orders and offered colors for the kids.

a mediocre stay with issues.
insect bites messy breakfast
this hotel had some real problems. there were many insects, and i suspect they came from the beds. it advises people to keep the doors closed. i found the breakfast area was a mess. all the drinks and juices was empty, and there was no plates and cups were there. staff were busy clearing tables.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
the food at the extra charge restaurants was not good i visited all options and the quality was poor the prices remained high room service was unprofessional despite tips left the breakfast quality was horrible i did not want my child to eat it the hotel seemed tired and not under control
